No registration fee is required, but we would like to ask your kind understanding on the followings:
We cannot offer assistance of hotel booking either.
Please book a hotel convenient to access the venue BY YOURSELF.
You can find lists of the hotels from hotel booking sites such as

In addition, YITP web page is also available.

We do not basically provide informative papers with the program and abstracts.
Instead of the papers, we give a USB memory with their data as a memorial gift from us.
We will also provide some drinks in poster session, and coffee breaks.

The banquet will be the 12th night near or inside Kyoto University.
The participants in the banquet will pay 4-5000 JPY (not yet decided).

Don't hesitate to participate our conference.
It's a nice occassion to exchange our knowledge and novel ideas!
We can support your travel to Kyoto from your place.
